Does your firm charge a monthly rate?

Not always. If our clients prefer to budget monthly we do.

I can’t get a straight answer on how much firms charge. What’s your rate?

Most firms bring in experienced experts for the initial call and then hand off the work to fresh faces. The experienced staffers get $300 – $400 per hour and the fresh faces work long hours for very low wages. You end up paying a “blended” rate of $250 per hour as a compromise.

We charge a flat $185 per hour, and you only work with industry experts who have at least 10 years of experience.

If you sign a six-month, or longer,  retainer agreement we reduce the rate to $145 per hour.

Do you rely on A.I. like everyone else?
Not for content creation! Our writers have an uncanny ability to quickly adapt to any writing style. However, we do use systems proficient in artificial intelligence to improve marketing results. In fact, last month we incorporated A.I. suggestions to improve a client’s email campaign and saw an open rate of 40% — much higher than industry standard and a big win for our client.
Why is your rate lower than other PR firms?

TSN started as a virtual company back in 1997 — long before it was the norm. We’ve never had to pay for office overhead and have always given our staff the flexibility of working from home. Today many firms have gone virtual, but they continue to keep their high rates.

Why can’t I just use my own list to send out press releases?
You can, but we get better results! We use a sophisticated software system so we can identify every major media outlet and efficiently conduct follow up.

When we send your press release, we know when it was opened and by whom, and we reach out to the right reporters to ensure maximum media coverage.
