With Christmas fast approaching, tis’ the season to show your customers how much you appreciate their business. After all, you wouldn’t be in business without your clients.

But what’s the best way to say “thanks” to a valued client?

Tip #1 – Show your clients you care by hosting an event.

Consider hosting a holiday open house for your clients and staff.

Face-to-face events can be a great way to thank your clients in person for their business throughout the year. The more time you spend with your clients, the better you’ll get to know them and strengthen your professional relationship. You may even learn something about them that opens the door for new potential business opportunities.

An open house event can also allow for clients to get to know your team better in a more relaxed atmosphere. Make sure your staff keeps conversation casual—it’s not the time or the place for sales pitches. Holiday open houses are all about relationship building and making your client feel valued.
