As I sit here watching my daughter compete in high school gymnastics I’m amazed at how similar it is to our company. Not that we do back flips at the office, even though sometimes it feels that way, but rather how each individual contributes to the overall success of the team.
At TSN we have a team rule that at least two people review everything we send to the client. This helps us minimize mistakes and reduces the dreaded “re-do”!
