Bill has over 29 years of experience in the utility industry demonstrating versatility with increased responsibilities in various forums including business development/marketing/sales, finance/accounting, operations/construction and customer service.

Bill joined TSN Communications in 2008 assuming the responsibilities of Vice President of Operations.  He represents clients in a variety of energy arenas throughout the United States involved in commercial and residential building development as well as championing alternative fuels for both on and off road vehicles.

Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia majoring in accounting with a minor in computer science.  He is a big sports enthusiast who enjoys professional and college football and baseball and actively enjoys golf, bicycling, swimming and riding his Harley Davidson.  Bill and his wife, Cheryl, reside in Daytona Beach, Florida.
